Computer Systems Consulting is a small computer consulting business that specializes in BSD UNIX,
UNIX computer security and Internet access and use. Computer Systems Consulting also provides a public
access Internet site that is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This site is intended to provide Internet
access for individuals and other small companies.

Computer Systems Consulting's public access Internet site is a dialup UNIX Bulletin Board System by
the name of ``SPYBBS'' with dialup numbers being a local call (no charge) for access from Santa Fe
and Los Alamos, New Mexico. The SPYBBS provides entry level access to the Internet. It is best suited
for individuals or small businesses who are interested in accessing the Internet via a low cost local
system. All that is needed in order to access the SPYBBS is a modem, a computing device to use the
modem and an active phone line-- there is no special software required in order to access the SPYBBS.
Currently, the SPYBBS has 9 dial-in access numbers with modems speeds ranging up to 28,800bps v.FC.
Advanced Internet access of higher speed links as well as SLIP and PPP is not supported at this time.
The SPYBBS provides the all the common basic services of Electronic Mail (E-mail), Usenet (Network
News), File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Telnet. In addition to these basic services, the SPYBBS offers,
at no additional charge, extended services such as access to: a full featured UNIX Internet Bulletin Board
System (BBS), World Wide Web (WWW), Wide Area Information Service (WAIS), gopher, Archie,
Internet Relay Chat (IRC), MUDs, locally sponsored Special Interest Groups (SIGs), a publicly accessible
user FTP area, a top-level page on the World Wide Web, access to onsite and offsite mailing lists as
well as the ability to make small mailing lists, online rolodex, calendar manager, file manager, local
compilers for C, pascal and basic, a choice of editors, local and remote games and network games, 5
megabytes of local disk storage with a larger scratch area. Offsite services include, but are not limited to,
search and retrieval of information and files from numerous databases and archives on just about any
topic (ie: library card catalog access, dictionary and thesaurus lookup). Most offsite services are free to
access and use-- the only cost involved is that incurred accessing the Internet itself (ie: SPYBBS hourly
   usage charge).

Rates for accessing the SPYBBS are: $15 a month for continued account activation billed on the first
of each month and $2 an hour for connect time usage billed at the time of logout (special programs
prevent idle connections and use after negative balance). Consulting is arranged on a per request basis
and rates vary depending on services required.
